HOW DO YOU CALCULATE THE NUMBER OF CONTACTS?
A contact is a single person with a valid email address. When someone unsubscribes or the email bounces it is no longer counted as a valid contact.
WHAT IS THE PRICING CURRENCY?
Customers who live in Canada will pay for the plan they select in CAD. Customers who live in all other countries will pay in USD.
DO YOU OFFER PRICING FOR HIGH-VOLUME SENDERS?
Yes. If you are a high-volume sender (>100,000 contacts), contact us to let us know the type of business you are in and how many monthly emails you plan to send.
IS THERE AN ANNUAL PLAN?
Yes. As an annual plan member, you will receive a 10% savings off the cost of our monthly plans. You also have the option of paying by check.
CAN I BUY CREDITS IN LIEU OF A MONTHLY PLAN?
Yes, if you are not ready to commit to one of our affordable monthly or annual plans, you have the option of purchasing pay-as-you-go credits.
ARE THERE ANY SETUP COSTS?
No. We do not charge any setup costs to get your account up and running. In fact, signing up is free. And, there’s no obligation. You can cancel at anytime.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR NON-PROFITS?
Yes there is! If your company is a nonprofit organization, we offer a 15% discount on our monthly and annual plans. Please contact our sales team to learn more.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for monthly plans and pay-as-you go. For annual plans, we also accept checks. Plus, stay tuned–PayPal is coming soon!
WHAT IF I GO OVER MY PLAN LIMITS?
If you exceed the number of contacts or emails in a month, you will see a warning message in your dashboard. You can upgrade your monthly plan or purchase more credits.
